Ben Penn in the #65 Path to Reading Success/Racer Coffee BMW pulled off a win on Saturday and then backing it up with a 2nd place finish during the USTCC double header finale held at Thunderhill.

Ben Penn came into the weekend 5th in points and looked to improve his championship position for the season. The BMW is still in development this year and was trying out new suspension components which helped the overall handling. For only the third race of the season the BMW has shown good reliability albeit down on horsepower compared to other competitors in the class.

When asked about his finishes over the weekend Ben said, "I was happy overall and with the improved handling with the Ground Control System suspension components and it really made a difference in the car control. We are looking forward to next year running US Touring Car with several changes planned for the car through the off season including a new engine." The team is looking for the Sportman Class championship next year.
