Mike Tries Motorsports Hustles New-Build Audi A4 Avant Touring Car to 4th at NJMP

Millville, NJ - Mike Tries Motorsports tried motorsports on Memorial Day weekend with freshly-minted driver, Mike McLaughlin, taking to the track in his increasingly-fast, yet still very practical #6 Audi A4 Avant.

Millville, NJ - Mike Tries Motorsports tried motorsports on Memorial Day weekend with freshly-minted driver, Mike McLaughlin, taking to the track in his increasingly-fast, yet still very practical #6 Audi A4 Avant (that’s a wagon, for the uninitiated). Mike qualified fourth in TC, behind fellow rookie USTCC driver, Daniel Szwarc.


The #6 Audi was up on weight, down on power, and the driver a little shy on experience; but both Mike and the Audi made it through the weekend finishing last in TC in both races, but finishing nonetheless.


“I’m here to run an uneventful race weekend, enjoy the sun, and the company of friends. I think we accomplished that.”
