October 22, 2024 (Millville, N.J.) – The sonorous roar of touring cars echoed through South Jersey one last time as the United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC) East Series brought its 2024 season to a close at New Jersey Motorsports Park’s 2.25 mile Thunderbolt Raceway.

Brandon Lewis in the Maximum Attack Motorsports VW Jetta was unfortunately fighting health issues all weekend and unable to compete, allowing Andrew Conner in the On Q Racing E90 to set his pace, focus on without much pressure from the field, locking in the win as well as the 2024 Super Touring Championship.

Sportsman was a solo event for Martin Szwarc in the Braci Racing Honda Civic while Roger Meada in the StudioVRM Honda Prelude continued to finalize an end of season engine rebuild in preparation for the 2025 season. Martin was able to focus on propelling the Civic through the field of higher horsepower cars, securing the 1st step on the podium and winning the 2024 Sportsman Championship.

As the checkered flag waves on the 2024 USTCC East season, teams are already shifting their focus to the offseason. With maintenance tasks, upgrade plans, and new car acquisitions all in the works, the anticipation is palpable. Which teams will return stronger, and who will join the fray in 2025?

The countdown to next season's USTCC East championship has begun!
