Napa, CA– August 7, 2020 – AR-G Motorsports announces that defending 2019 ST Season Champion Doug Makishima, an AR-G team principal and team driver, won the USTCC round 2 race in the Super Touring (ST) class at Thunderhill Raceway. This win continues his momentum from the season opener and extends his win streak to 8 in the #23 Summit Tech BMW M3. "Once again the team had the car well sorted and prepped going into USTCC round 2 at Thunderhill. We used a day of testing the Friday before the race weekend to gather data and further hone the setup, said Makishima.
