Nitto Tire US Touring Car Results Change

Richmond, CA – Following post race inspection of the cars by USTCC officials, car number 88 driven by David Bongiovanni was found to be out of compliance and was disqualified from the June 29 race. Bongiovanni had finished in third position and would have been leading the points. The GoodSport Racing team is appealing the decision. With the disqualification, the points lead now goes to the team of Tom Lepper and Rod Rojas.
